How can I save a MS Word Shape of type msoDiagram as an image

I want to save a MS Word shape of the type msoDiagram in to
a separate file. To this end I thought if I could convert
it into an image, then it would be easy to save it into a
file. However I'm unable to figure out any way to convert
it into an image - can anybody suggest anything ?
