How can I save a photo from a word document I receive?

I receive design quotes from my designer in word documents with the photo of
the rings from several angles.

I need to be able to save those photos to be able to pass them on to my
clients via email. I can not find a way to do this.

Can anyone help me?

really need to require the designer to send you the graphics as separate

Interesting one, Suzzanne. Some things become obvious only when they are
explained

If saved as a web-page, suppose the original picture/graphic is a GIF file,
will it be saved in the Images folder as a JPG??

I have found that Word can be quite capricious about this, saving GIFs as
JPEGs and vice versa. Which is another reason for getting the original
graphic from the designer.
