How can I save an image modified using Picture Tools?

I change a picture to oval using Picture Tools. Of course, it is saved as
part of the document, but how can I save it to use in other places. "Copy"
is not sufficient -- I need to save it.

Thank you, Suzanne. You really are an MVP! I'm wondering -- when I dragged
my image to the desktop, it just saved it as a "scrap" (I'm using 2007), so
that wouldn't work for me. But the change to web format, etc., worked fine.
