Is this a stand-alone Outlook or Exchange?
Check the autoarchive properties of the calendar. (Right-click on Calendar,
choose properties)

calendar. I am the only user.
Gordon said:Did you check the Autoarchive settings?
I will, but what should they be set at?
OK, I will try that. Thanks for your help!Gordon said:It should be set at No autoarchiving.

Brian Tillman said:Do you sync with a handheld device?
Yes, I do. A Blackberry.
Any idea how I go about doing that?Brian Tillman said:This is likely the problem, then. By default, Blackberries remove items from
its calendar after two weeks. When you sync with Outlook, this will also
remove the itrems from Outlook. You should configure your Blackberry to
retain past events indefinitely if you want them to remain in Outlook as well.
Any idea how I go about doing that?
