How can I save or export my scrapbook ?

I've been using the scrapbook tool in Word when writing my school reports, on
my desktop. I now want to continue working on my laptop, but I can't find any
way to save or export the scrapbook, and it is too much to do again.
Can anyone please help?

Word has a scrapbook tool? When did that happen? (Not that I would use it
but...)
