How can I save without Markups?

I have a document (contract) a client is requesting to
view, however I do not want to have them view the MARKUPS
in the document. The document is basically a contract with
tables and the tables have Markups (red lines). When I try
to copy and do a "paste special" I lose the Markups but
also lose the table formatting. Is there a way to do this
without allowing Markups to be viewed while maintaining
the table structure???

Any help would be greatly appreciated?

Thanks,
Roman

Assuming you want to keep the markups for your own use... Make a copy of the
whole document (File > Save As) under a different name. In the copy, accept
all tracked changes. Send only the copy to the client and keep your original
to yourself.
