How can I schedule reminder emails to co-workers in my absence?

I am going on vacation for 2 weeks and need to set-up reminders to Division
Chief's (DCs) to update slides in my absence. Currently I have reminders set
to remind me to send out the emails to the DC's. I currently have the emails
saved in draft form so that I can just go in and change the dates and resend
the same email reminder every week. Is it possible to set up automatic emai
remindrrs to go out? I know that I can do this by scheduling a meeting but
that is not what I want to do. I am using Office XP. Thank you.
