How can I scroll the document when i reach the middle of the page?

How can i get Microsoft word to scroll down one line at a time when I get to
the middle of the page instead of the bottom of the page!! I have a hard time
seeing the bottom of the computer screen, because of disability, and I would
like word to scroll down one line at a time when i reach the middle of the
page instead of the bottom.
Any help would be appreciated!!
