How can I see administrative time (hours) in proejct prof?

We have our resources enter hours spent on e.g. vacation, sickleave,
education etc in "My timesheet"
Where can my PM`s see those hours?? If a PM is planning a project he/
she would like to see if the resources are avaible or not.
Eg. Peter has entered 3 weekes of vacation in his timesheets, and
these hours are marked as committed.
How can a PM see that when planning a new project?
Do they show up in OLAP?
Can I see them i Proj Prof and how?

Hi LeneG,

your PM should be able to see the commited admin time within the resource
usage view within Project Pro. Depending on the user rights it may only say
"other projects".
