How can I see calendar appointments older than a few weeks?

I have Office 2003 and when sync ing with my mobile I can only see
appointments for the next 3 weeks in the month view.. However when I look at
the events button on the 'current view' tab, i can see these forthcoming
events.

Please help.................. Adam
