My company just moved us from Meeting Maker to Outlook 2003. In Meeting
Maker if a required attendee declined a meeting proposal an icon was
added to the meeting header in the daily/monthly views. This allowed me
to scan my calendar and see what meetings may have issues that would
require rescheduling. If all required attendees could attend, then an
different icon was added to the meeting header informing me that alll
attendees accepted my invitation.
In Outlook so far I haven't found anything remotely similar. It appears
that the only way to find out if there is an issue with a meeting is to
click into each and every meeting and view the tracking page details
(reviewing the numerous email notifications isn't a viable option).
Am I missing some setup that would allow me to see an icon in Outlook
similar to the one that was a default feature in Meeting Maker?
Thank you,
Heather
