How can I see subfolders of a mailbox I've have permission to see

I am the owner of a mailbox and I have given a user "publisher editor'
permissions to see it

she can open it on her computer and can see the ibox but there are
subfolders in the inbox that she cannot see. I know I can manually set the
permission but there are over 30 of them so this is not very efficient, is
there a way to make them inherit the same permission as the inbox for theat
particular mailbox?

To provide access to a shared folder that isn't one of the folders listed on the File | Open | Other User's Folder dialog, the mailbox owner needs to grant "folder visible" permission to the root of the mailbox and any other parent folders of the shared folder, as well as appropriate permission -- at least Reviewer -- on the shared folder itself.

The user who needs access then goes into Tools | E-mail Accounts or Tools | Services (depending on the Outlook version), brings up the properties for the Exchange Server service, and on the Advanced tab, adds the mailbox.

If you want to apply permissions to a hierarchy of folders (which Outlook can't do), get the free PFDavAdmin tool from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=635BE792-D8AD-49E3-ADA4-E2422C0AB424. It can manage mailbox folder permissions, as well as public folder permissions.

Look on the folder's Properties dialog, on the same Permissions tab where you should be setting other permissions.
