How can I see subfolders of Another User's Folder (INBOX)?

I have a "community mail account" I've set up for my PR people. I want them
all to be able to open the INBOX of this account to check for new messages
from within their personal Outlook accounts (using FILE | OPEN | OTHER USER'S
FOLDER).
This works okay - each of my people can see the INBOX of the community
account.

The problem is that if there are SUBFOLDERS inside of INBOX, they're not
visible to the PR people - only to the person who logs in to the community
account.

I can't find any way to allow access to subfolders. Any ideas out there?

To access a shared folder that isn't one of the folders listed on the File | Open | Other User's Folder dialog, the mailbox owner needs to grant "folder visible" permission to the root of the mailbox and any other parent folders of the shared folder, as well as appropriate permission -- at least Reviewer -- on the shared folder itself.

The user who needs access then goes into Tools | E-mail Accounts or Tools | Services (depending on the Outlook version), brings up the properties for the Exchange Server service, and on the Advanced tab, adds the mailbox.

I already have FOLDER VISIBLE turned on; however subfolders are still not
visible.
Outlook 2000 doesn't seem to offer the FOLDER LIST option in VIEW when
you're looking at someone else's folder.

I'm still stumped.

Turned on where? You must add the Folder Visible permission to the root of the mailbox and all folders above the subfolder you want to share.

Correct, if you mean a folder opened with the File | Open command. Go back to the main Outlook window and display the folder list.

RB 6/1: Yes, I have EDITOR rights to that user's mailbox

RB 6/1: Correct. When I have the other user's INBOX visible, there's no
option to view a folder list. Therefore, no subfolders are visible either.

You did follow the required step of adding the other mailbox to your Exchange account, didn't you?

RB 6/1: On my account, I selected OPEN | OTHER USERS FOLDER. Is that what
you mean? Is there any documentation somewhere on how to open another
user's folder and view the items and subfolders? Sorry to be so dense :<
