How can I see which address received mail was sent "To:"?

In Outlook 2003, how can I see what address a letter in my inbox was sent
to? I do not want to have to select View...Options...Internet Header for
every letter.

For example, our HR administrator would like to see immediately which
letters are addressed to (e-mail address removed), and which letters are addressed
to (e-mail address removed).

We are running SBS 2003 / Exchange Server on the back end.

Many thanks.

You could customize the current view (View | Arrange By | Custom...) and
add the "TO" field.

Unfortunately that shows my real name in the To column for all letters,
irrespective of the "To:" address in the Internet header.

You could set up separate mailboxes for each SMTP address and assign
permissions appropriately. As Outlook is opening a single mailbox, and all
the aliases are assigned to one mailbox, it's always going to resolve to the
main/display name. You can check in the headers, if you want, to see to whom
the message was addressed. Or, see about setting up a rule that will color
the messages sent to a specific SMTP address - I haven't tried this in a
while but I think it will work....
