How can I select A5 paper size

In page setup there is no A5 paper size available for selection. Can I add
this option or is it to do with the installed printer?

There is no A5 size default, but you can create a custom
paper size in Word's File | Page Setup dialogs. Your
printer of course needs to be set up to print that size too,
but the right way to do it is to choose A5 (or create it
custom) on the printer and then to go Word and duplicate the
paper size there too.
