How can I send a filled form by email using the Lotus Notes?

I created a form using Infopath 2003 and want to create a bottom to send the
filled form by email.

The problem is that I do not use Outlook but Lotus Notes.

How can I send the form using Notes ??

If I am not wrong, you can still use smtp client to send email in
notes. make use the powerful VSTA with the IP form.
