How can I send an email on the first of every month?

I want to send an email to a group of addresses on the first of every month
but am finding it more difficult than anticipated.

What have you tried? You can either use scheduled tasks to open a template
or outlook calendar to open the template - and the template will have all of
the addresses saved in it.
