I believe your question refers to Outlook. This is the OneNote newsgroup.
You are much more likely to get your question answered in the Outlook
newsgroup than here.

Aloha koshy,

Rather a vague question but it does contain just enough information for me
to say confidently that this isn't the right newsgroup to ask in -- OneNote
won't send greetings (automated, birthday or otherwise) and it's not a database
(at least not the way I think you're thinking of a database).

Maybe you could ask in one of the Outlook groups? And please see http://www.factplace.com/outlook.htm
answer 0.2.
