You can certainly use Hotmail, if you use Outlook as your e-mail application
and you set Hotmail as the default e-mail application, but you will need an
add-in for Outlook -

Yahoo, I know nothing about, but if it's a free e-mail universal account
that you want, Gmail can be setup as a pop mail account and used with any
email software compatible with Word.
