How can I set a default value for the Location field in new Meetin

Hi,

I would like to set up Outlook so that every time I create a new meeting request, the location field defaults to my personal teleconference numbers (U.S. and international) and access code. Is there a way to do so?

Ideally, I would also be able to default the attendees, so my admin assistant gets notified when I send out the invite.

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Add the settings you want to a new instance of the form, then put it into
design mode and publish it as a custom form. Then you can recall that form
with its settings intact any time you want as the basis for a new meeting.
