How can I set an expiration date in Excel 2003?

I have Office Professional 2003 installed on my laptop and wanted to know if
there is any way I can set an expiration date to documents created using
Professional 2003. The Information Rights Management ( IRM) module only works
with Server 2003. I am interested in how I can accomplish this just on my
laptop?
