How can I set links to open in a new full-screen window.

I know that editing a hyperlink to set the "target frame = new window" will
open a new window each time someone clicks on that link. Is there any way to
also include an instruction to open the link in a full-screen window instead
of the default 1/3 screen window?

What makes you think that I want a 1600x1200 browser window?
Where do you get this default 1/3 screen from? My default, if you could call
it that, is 800x600 - 1/4 of my screen.

He might not be designing his web site for you. It could be an intranet for
people who love to have their browser window made full-screen.
