How can I set Outlook 2k to show message preview on the taskbar?

Is there an add-in for Outlook 2000 to display message header previews on the
taskbar when new messages are received? This is a feature available in
Outlook 2k3.

No version of Outlook shows the message header preview on the Windows taskbar or in Outlooks Status bar. Do you have an add-in that performs this task?
