How can I set recurring appointments for every 4 workdays

I want to use the calendar to set recuring appointments that occur every four
days. The default counts the two weekend days in the four and I need the
program to ignore them. I would also be nice to have it ignore holidays. Is
there a way to do that?

Outlook can't ignore weekends or holidays. You'll need to use a tool
(http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSAddIns/WSRAII/index.htm) or create the
appointments in excel and import
