how can i set rules 2 send a reply 2 same address more than once?

When I set up rules and alerts to specific conditions (specific words in
body) and reply using a template all works fine but by testing it i
discovered that the automatic reply template will not be sent to the same
email address more than once. How can I overcome this problem.

Please help
