How can I set the control rendermode in Word 2003 shared add-in?

Dear.

I made shared add-in program for Word 2003 using VS 2005 .NET VB.
When I open new Form1 with the Menustrip and Toolstrip control, the Controls
show different rendermode from design time.

The controls are OK in design time , however the controls shows different
color in the run-time mode. I set the rendermode of those controls as
professional.

Why does the problems happen?

Please let me know your answers.
