How can I set the Office Document Scanning to use German Language

I need to scan the occaisional document in to Office which is in German. I
can set the Office Document Scanner to French but NOT German. Without
setting it to German it cant recognise the special chareacters. Is there a
language update or add in? Any help gratefully received...

Hi Stuart,

You'd need the Office Proofing tools to add additional
languages to the OCR capabilities.
