How can I set up daytimer with only Tues, Thurs and Fri?

I want to make a surgical daytimer for the entire year of 2005 but I only
need headings for Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I have tried everything I
can think of and cannot get the formula to effectively compute those selected
days of the week with the appropriate dates of the year. Any suggestions?

Just a suggestion and sure to be better ones:
If using Outlook Calendar set a recurring appointment with a reminder for
the specific dates, times, text, attendees, etc... See this article for

or check your help files in your version. If using Office 2003 you have
