How can I set up different notebooks in One Note?

I would like to have a seperate notebook, but can't figure out how to do that.

The next version of OneNote will have this.
You could have Just folders at the root of your My NoteBook and that
would easily separate your information.

.....\My NoteBook\Work
.....\My NoteBook\Personal
.....\My NoteBook\Why OneNote 1.0 is rudimentary
.....\My NoteBook\Inking in Word 2003 works well, why not just use that.
