How can I set up to use "Ctrl-Enter" to send an e-mail?

I have a home computer and one in my office. Both have Office 2003, same
program. One computer allows me to SEND e-mails by pressing "Ctrl-Enter"
rather than grabbing the mouse and clicking on the Send button. The other
computer does not allow this. How can I find the option to use the
"Ctrl-Enter" step?

MSOffice Basic Ed. 2003 (11.6359.6408)--if that is the info. you need. The oddity is that the same version is on both computers, but only one has this Ctrl-Enter operational.

See if resetting the Toolbar fixes it for you. To do this rename outcmd.dat
to outcmd.old when Outlook is closed.

Have re-installed Office 2003; apparently the file you mentioned was factory installed or is in a hidden file, but I can not find it on this computer. Any suggestions?

We have found the application files and made the change you recommended
(outcmd.dat to outcmd.old) and the problem was not fixed. Any more
suggestions?
