How can I share a private directory

I want to share out a private calender - not my default
one but a new one I have
created. I can share ok but I cannot find any way of
others to access it. When
they "open other users folder" the choices are only the
defaults.

So, how do I do it please ?

You can not share an alternate calendar this way in Outlook. I would
recommend using a public folder for group access to a calendar.
