How can I share my Outlook calendar with co-workers in real time?

My outlook calendar needs to be accessible by two other co-workers in my same
office many times a day. As it is now, they have to come to my computer
causing interruption to view the calendar. There are changes that come in
every ten minutes or so. Anybody have any ideas?

I have Outlook 2000, the other two co-workers have Outlook
2002. We don't have Exchange.

Too bad you don't all have Outlook 2000 - for all the problems and the fact
that it is a buggy alternative, Net Folders would have worked nicely.
