How can I share my visio 2003 document?

HI,
I'm drawing my project with visio 2003 UML.
This file contains more than 15 pages and 200 classes(will be more and more)
It's too slow when I save that page.
Can I share my models(class architect) in my document with other document?

And is there any way to share my document with other man
so to write down simutanously and after that
to merge all document in a file like cvs?
