How can I share Project Center email settings?

I can share projects, such as "the Smith Project", with coworkers on the Exchange server, but when I send them an email that I've categorized as "the Smith Project", it does not appear with the handy pink dot that helps me organize MY inbox, nor does it appear under their "the Smith Project" project center mail tab. It would be a huge help if everyone in the office were able to have their emails automatically labelled the same way for projects, and also be able to look at ALL the email in the office associated with a project.
