How can I show more columns of thumbnails in powerpoint?

I want to show 3 or 4 columns of thumbnails on the left side in Powerpoint
with 10-12 rows. How do I do this or is there a plug-in?

No, this is not part of the standard layout.

However ... (I think you'll love this...)

Open your presentation in PowerPoint. Open another instance of your
presentation by clicking on the New Window button (2007 on the View Tab,
2003 and prior under the Windows tab), Click on arrange all, select one of
the windows and change the view to slide sorter.
