How can I sort a large access data base of addresses and get a co.

In order to target advertising, I need to be able to sort a large data base
by zip code and then also by county. I need to find out the quantity of
records by area so that my advertising dollars are not wasted.

If you load your data into BCM you can sort them them by zip code in
the Outlook folder or using BCM reports. BCM does not have a county
field.
