how can i sort incoming mail in the exact order it is received?

mail sometimes comes in late because of server problems. I've noticed that
mail can be sorted into "yesterday" or even "two weeks ago" (depending on
when the message was sent. Even though it hits my server rather late, it is
being sorted days (or weeks) behind mail that i have received and replied to.
I'm not seeing these mails because of this. What can i do to make mail sort
by the exact order it id downloaded into outlook from my mail server? Thanks.

The Received Time field should be included in your view of the Inbox --
that's the time the server received the message, so even if it was downloaded
to Outlook hours later, you should not be seeing the time that Outlook
actually downloaded the message. You can always remove the Received Time
field and add the Sent Time field instead, which would show the time the
sender's server shows the mail as having been sent.
