How can i stop outlook closing when i minimise the window?

With Outlook open everytime I minimise the screen Outlook closes - how can i
stop this from happening?

Does it actually closes or does it hide to the Notification Area?
Right click on the Outlook icon in the Notification Area and deselect; Hide
When Minimized
