how can I stop picture manager cropping my pictures?

I am using Office picture manager to edit my photos but I find when I want to
print the photos the photo printing wizard crops my photos. As an example, if
I select the 13 x 18cm. cut out prints. cropped and rotated to fit. This is
the finished size I'd like but don't want part of my photo to be cropped off.
Is there any way around this?
