How can I stop the automatic time zone change of appointments. .

My boss travels between Mountain Time, Pacific and Eastern, dividing his time
evenly between the three zones. I am located in Mountain time. When I
create appointments for him here and send them to his Pacific time email
address for transfer into his calendar they automatically switch to his time
zone. This causes confusion - making 1pm flights 12pm flights etc.
Is there a way to stop this feature without him disabling his computer clock?
