How can I switch my Business Contact Manager to a differrent PC

I have Office Professional 2007 (which includes Outlook 2007 with Business
Contact Manager) installed on my laptop.
And I have Office 2003 (which does NOT include the BCM in Outlook) installed
on my desktop.
Is there a way for me to de-activate BCM on my laptop and install it on my
desktop instead (not looking for a illegal solution but a totally legit
solution)?

If you copy of Office2007 is an OEM edition, its tied to the PC it was first
installed on.
However if a retail edition usually you are allowed to install it on a
desktop & Laptop for use by the owner
Check your EULA of Office2007
