How can I sync my cellphone with Outlook?

I would like to be able to sync my Motorola Razr V3xx with Outlook to update
the calendar and address book, preferably with bluetooth sync. Can this be
done? If so, how? I used to be able to do this with Yahoo!, but they stopped
offering the service several months back. I am using Windows XP and Office
2003.

It all depends on what your phone supports for synching - it is not an Outook issue. Talk to Motorola about what they recommend.
