How can I sync OneNote with the corporate server?

I'm in a corporate environment. About 70 employees have OneNote Mobile on
their phone/PDAs. We also use Exchange/Outlook. We sync exchange over the
internet/wireless network, but cannot determine how to sync OneNote without a
physical or proximity connection to a PC. Is there a way to sync OneNote
between a MS Windows Server and OneNote Mobile without a physical or
proximity (IR / Bluetooth) connection, in a manner similar to replicating
Exchange?

Unfortunately their is no way for synching with ON Mobile other than
through ActiveSync/Mobile Device Center.

No. OneNote Mobile requires ActiveSync (Windows XP) or the Windows Mobile
Device Center (Vista) to sync to the installed version of OneNote on a PC.

The single synced notebook that OneNote Mobile uses can itself be synced to
a file server or a SharePoint library, but an installed copy of OneNote
2007 is required to be the middleman.
