How can I synchronise my PDA and workplace calender without direc.

Due to security constraints imposed by the MOD I am unable to directly
connect my PDA to my work station PC; therefore I am unable to sychronise the
calenders on these 2 devices. Also, due to the location of the calender, ie
on the exchange server, I am unable to utilse Net Folders to get around this.
Is it possible to synchronise with another Outlook calander, ie my home
computer (and hence my PDA), without loading any additional software on my
workplace machine?
