how can I synchronize my calendars on 2 computers?

This is exactly the question I was going to ask. I have
Outlook at my College and use the calendar for all my
appointments (which I download to my Timex watch). Now I
set up an Outlook at home to call up my mail, which it
does but not the calendar. How can I get the home Outlook
to download my College calendar?
