how can I synchronize outlook calendar between two computers?

I use outlook calendar on my laptop (personal) and desktop (work). I'd like
to be able to synchronize the calendar between them without laboriously
retyping all the information. Is there a method that DOESN'T involve buying
a PDA or palm pilot type machine?
