How can I transfer a custom export map to another person?

I have created a custom export map from Project plan to Excel. I would like
to provide that to others so they use the same map. How do I do that?

Create a new project. (this is not absolutely necessary, but makes things a
little simpler)
Go to tools menu / organizer.
Click on the Maps tab.
Move the map to your new project.
Save your new project.
Email it to others.
Tell them to open it and use the organizer to copy it into their global.mpt
file (using the reverse of the instructions here)

If you feel up to it you can write a macro which will do this when they open
the file, but best to start manually until you understand what is going on.
