How can I transfer Comcast email contacts into Outlook 2007?

I want to move from Comcast webmail to Outlook 2007 on my Dell PC, Vista OS.
Browser is Google Chrome. I've set up Outlook easily enough, and am
successfully sending and receiving messages, but am having trouble exporting
Comcast Contacts to import into Outlook 2007.

Comcast's export options are these formats: Palm Pilot ABA, MS Outlook CSV
(which seems to be what I'd want), MS Outlook Express, and Netscape
Communicator LDF. I chose MS Outlook CSV, and clicked export button. A file
titled Webmail.csv is created and docked on the taskbar. I've opened it, and
found an Excel spreadsheet of the contacts. Now what?!

I went to MS Outlook > File > Import/Export and brought up the wizard.
Can't seem to find the magic combination of action and file type to import.
What's next??
