how can i transfer mails from Outlook to MS Access automatically

Hi

i need some help related to access.How can i transfer my mails from Outlook
to MS Access automatically.

eg:suppose today i got 10mails they have to be transferred automatically to
MS Access.

In what way i can achieve this.
Please help me.
