How can I transfer my old license from my old PC to a new PC?

I am upgrading my PC but I still want to use my old Office license from my
old PC to my New PC. How can I unlicense the old and transfer it to my new PC?

As long as it is a Retail copy, simply uninstall from old PC, Install on
ew PC.

uninstall on old, reinstall on new, activate online or via phone
this assumes its a retail edition, not oem
